ChopLife was surrendering 25–30% of every online order to delivery aggregators. On their volumes, that was the difference between a good month and a loss.

We shipped a direct ordering system: a menu CPT with variants and add-ons, branch-aware availability, Paystack checkout, and a simple kitchen display screen each branch runs on a tablet. Customers earn a loyalty stamp per direct order — a nudge the aggregators can’t match.

Direct orders reached 45% of online volume within eight weeks, recovering millions of naira in annual commission.
