HopeRise runs scholarship and school-supplies programmes across three states, but its website neither told that story nor made giving easy — donations arrived mostly through bank transfers negotiated over the phone.
We rebuilt around the donor journey: programme pages that pair stories with hard numbers, an impact dashboard the team updates from the admin (children enrolled, schools reached, funds deployed), a one-page giving flow with preset and custom amounts through Paystack, and volunteer sign-up with role-based forms.
Online donations grew from a trickle to 55% of all giving, and the foundation’s first international grant application cited the transparency dashboard in its award letter.
