JobsConnect had traffic but no product: jobs were posted manually by admins from emailed Word documents, and candidates had no reason to return between applications.
We built employer self-service — post, pay per listing or subscribe, shortlist and message applicants from a dashboard — plus candidate profiles with structured CV data, saved searches, and Termii SMS alerts when matching roles go live. An admin moderation queue keeps scam postings out.
Employer-posted jobs went from zero to 85% of all listings, and repeat candidate visits doubled once SMS alerts launched.
