MediServe’s four branches ran paper appointment books. Double-bookings were routine, and roughly one in four patients simply never showed up — dead time the group could not afford.
Our booking engine models each branch’s consultants, rooms and working hours, exposes real-time availability to patients, and locks slots transactionally to kill double-booking. Termii SMS confirmations fire on booking, with reminder messages at 24 hours and 2 hours before each appointment. Patient records are encrypted at rest and the entire data flow was documented for NDPR compliance.
No-shows fell 41% in the first quarter. Front-desk staff reclaimed an estimated 15 hours a week previously spent on phone scheduling.
