Zenith Estates was paying heavy commissions to third-party listing portals while their own website — a static brochure — generated almost nothing.
We built them a self-owned portal: a property CPT with structured fields for price, location, title status and amenities; map search clustered by neighbourhood; virtual tour embeds; and one-tap WhatsApp enquiry buttons that route each lead to the agent assigned to that property, with the property reference pre-filled in the message.
Within four months the portal was producing more qualified enquiries than the paid listing platforms combined, at zero per-lead cost.
